Flowers for Algernoon Blog 1

Hello. I'm writing again. I read up to page 132 the first week. Charlie was retarde and had an operation to make him smart. I like that in the book you can actually see his spelling and grammar improving. At first almost every word was mispelled and he only used periods for grammar. Now he doesn't mispell any words and his grammar is correct. The book just started getting interesting. I've had it in my house for about 2 years and never even thought of reading it. Now I am glad I chose up this book for english class.

Heyy Con(: HAHAS to your comment. Anyways, I heard that Flowers for Algernon was a great book. Last year, I watched the movie, but I realized this year, that it was also a book. The movie was so sad, but I didn't watch the whole thing, so maybe I can read the book. Also, the books are usually better than the movies, because they have more details and more information. I'm just like you when you said that you had the book for a long time, but that you never read it. I have a lot of books at my house, but I always tend to go to the library or Barnes and Nobles for books. I'm glad that you found a book that you enjoy a lot. I hope that you will find many books that you like throughout this year(:
